Any type of unauthorized support or pacing will not be allowed including, but not limited to, support from a car/vehicle (fluid bottles, splits, etc.), as such support will be considered an unfair advantage. Breaking these rules will result in ejection/disqualification from the race. Headphones and other electronic listening devices are allowed. Always be aware of runners coming up behind you and the inherent danger of running in the presence of vehicular traffic.

The course will be one of the flattest and fastest courses around. There are a couple of small hills and two overpasses. Other than that it is very flat. It is a great course for a PR.
